My blog posts last year were far and few between because I am still getting to grips with blogging.
I have a new laptop now so hopefully I can post more frequently this year although I cant promise anything. The year has started very slowly as far as fairs are concerned but I have been updating my website with some new photos and adding to my online shops. I have also been making baby leggings as I have increased the range of sizes I make and they now start at Preemie and go up to age 2 years. This year I am going to concentrate on trying to use up all my stash and offcuts as they are getting out of hand! lots more patchwork items will be appearing on my stall and in my shops.

Okay so maybe I can add another blog but not on the app!
Oh the joys of technology and the elderly 😆 Well if this does work maybe I can tell what I have been up to or going to be up to. Craft events are continually being booked for this year and busy times coming up. I am in Millbrook in S.E Cornwall this weekend, on Saturday in the village hall and at the Black Prince Flower Festival on Bank Holiday Monday. There will be much merriment and Morris Dancers on the day. I will be at Venton house with my stall. The following Bank holiday Monday May 8th, I will be in The Tanyard again in Millbrook weather permitting. New lines are still being worked on and soon to be available and knitting is ongoing as always. My hobby sewing is keeping me occupied and I am doing several Instagram challenges #52stitcheshannemade and #theteacherstablescraps3to5 I have also started doing the #52flagshannemade from last year they are all very enjoyable and getting my creative juices going. All pics are on my Instagram page instagram @zoknitandsew link on my contact page. Hopefully I can learn how to add pics on here by next month! I may be back in May. Well this isn't really my first blog as my original blog disappeared into the ether!
It turned out I typed it all in the title box! Who knew this would turn out to be so difficult? Write a blog they say, it's really easy, yeah right, not if you are a sixty something woman who would prefer to be using a sewing machine or a set of knitting needles. Anyway hopefully this one won't disappear and I can't remember what I wrote the first time so: Hello and welcome to my blog😄 I will try to update you on what I am working on, events I am going to be selling at and anything else I think may be of interest. It will soon be Easter and lots of events coming up. Lots of new things in the pipeline as well as my usuals. I have a couple of new events this year too, keep watching my events page to see where I am going to be. The next two weekends I will be in Millbrook on the lovely Rame Peninsula, one in the Village Hall and on April Fools day I will be in the Tanyard in the Village centre so long as it's not raining! Outdoor events are great if it's dry but I hate the rain and wind. I have had some nasty experiences with wind and rain, one of which saw my gazebo lift off the ground with my daughter hanging on for dear life and me trying to retrieve all my stock from blowing around a field! I'll save more escapades for another day. This is quite enough for now. Thanks for sticking it out so far unless this one disappears too. If it doesn't then it may become a monthly meet up, see you in April if it doesn't 😄 Okay so this is probably my first and last blog as the app on my android tablet wont allow me to add more blog posts only edit my original, so until I can work it out that's my time over for blogging! |
